摘　　要：探讨全国名中医黄永生教授治疗室性早搏的学术思想。室性早搏是临床最常见的心律失常,普通人群年发病率为1%-4%左右,呈现逐年递增和年轻化的发病趋势,临床尚未发现有效治疗室性早搏的药物。黄永生教授多年的临证经验总结室性早搏的中医病机可归纳为阴血亏虚,肝风内动,寒伏于内,治疗采用百合镇静汤养阴止悸,心悸1号熄风止悸,伏寒方平调寒热。临床治疗辨证加减化裁,效如桴鼓。Discussing the academic thoughts of Prof.Huang Yongsheng,a national famous Chinese medicine practitioner,on the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Premature ventricular contractions are the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice,with an annual incidence rate of about 1%-4%in the general population,showing an increasing and younger incidence trend year by year,and no effective drugs have been found for the treatment of premature ventricular contractions in clinical practice.Prof.Huang Yongsheng's many years of clinical experience concluded that the Chinese medicine mechanism of premature ventricular contractions can be summarized as deficiency of Yin and blood,liver wind internal movement,cold in the interior,the treatment adopts lily palpitation soup to nourish Yin to stop palpitation,palpitation 1 quench the wind to stop palpitation,and ambient cold formula to calm and regulate the cold and heat.Clinical treatment is as effective as a beam.
