摘  要:质子位移损伤效应模拟试验专用装置(proton radiation effects facility,PREF)可以在10~60 MeV范围内连续精确提供宽注量率范围的高品质单能质子束。采用多圈注入方式将质子注入到同步加速器以获得高增益束流累积,采用3阶共振慢引出方式以实现高效率、连续均匀的束流引出,平均质子束流范围为10~1×10^(8) cm^(-2)·s^(-1),均匀扫描后的束斑尺寸为2 cm×2 cm~20 cm×20 cm,均匀性优于95%。PREF在累积辐射效应、质子单粒子效应评估及质子能谱仪标定方面有极好的应用前景,可为卫星和有效载荷组件的位移损伤效应研究提供试验平台。PREF is a specialized device for studying displacement damage effects.It can continuously and precisely deliver high-quality monoenergetic proton beams with a wide flux range from 10 to 60 MeV.The device employs a multi-turn injection scheme to introduce protons into the synchrotron for high-gain beam accumulation and utilizes a third-order resonance slow extraction method for efficient,continuous,and uniform beam extraction.The average proton beam current ranges from 10 to 1×10^(8)cm^(-2)·s^(-1),with a uniformly scanned beam spot size varying from 2 cm×2 cm to 20 cm×20 cm,achieving a uniformity better than 95%.PREF also holds promising applications in studying cumulative radiation effects,assessing proton single event effects,and calibrating proton spectrometers,providing an ideal platform for researching the displacement damage effects of satellites and payload components.
