中频电脉冲联合半导体激光治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中频电脉冲同步联合半导体激光照射治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的疗效,为MPS治疗提供优化方案。方法回顾性分析75例腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者的临床资料,将其分为两组:对照组(36例)接受中频电脉冲治疗;观察组(39例)接受中频电脉冲同步联合半导体激光照射治疗。记录疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指标、腰椎功能JOA评分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子(IL-1β,IL-6)水平及不良反应发生率,评估两组治疗差异。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分、ODI评分、JOA评分、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率(92%)明显高于对照组(55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用中频电脉冲同步联合半导体激光照射治疗MPS效果优于单一中频电脉冲治疗,且无明显副作用,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objectivee To observe the efficacy of medium-frequency electrical pulse synchronous diode laser irradiation in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS)in the lower back and to provide an optimal treatment plan for MPS.Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with lumbar back myofascial pain syndrome were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups:36 patients received intermediate frequency electrical pulse treatment in the control group;39 patients were treated with intermediate frequency electrical pulse synchronous diode laser irradiation in the observation group.The visual analogue scale(VAS),oswestry disability index,Japanese orthopaedic association scores,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors(IL-1β,IL-6)levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded to assess the difference in treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,ODI score,JOA score,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 92%higher than that in the control group(55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of adverse reaction in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of frequency pulse synchronous diode laser irradiation in the treatment of MPS is better than that of single intermediate frequency electrical pulse therapy.With good safety and without obvious side effects,frequency pulse synchronous diode laser irradiation is worthy of clinical promotion.
