摘  要:目的分析慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者成纤维细胞特异性蛋白1(fibroblast-specific protein 1,S100A4)、鞘氨醇-1-磷酸(sphingosine-1-phosphate,S1P)和肺功能之间的相关性。方法选取2022年8月~2023年8月就诊于哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院的80例COPD患者为COPD组,选取同期体检人员80例为对照组。将COPD组患者依据肺功严重程度分为4亚组,每组20例患者。使用ELISA检测S100A4和S1P的水平。结果S100A4和S1P在两组中均有表达。COPD组患者血清中S1P增加,差异有统计学意义(U=77.50,P<0.0001),血清S1P与COPD患者的第1秒用力呼气量与用力肺活量的比值百分比(forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC)%(R^(2)=-0.4606,P<0.0001)和FEV1%(R^(2)=-0.5183,P<0.001)呈负相关,COPD患者血清中S100A4增加,差异有统计学意义(U=78,P<0.0001),COPD组的血清S100A4与S1P(R2=0.5750,P<0.0001)呈正相关。结论S100A4和S1P的升高可能与COPD的发生和进展有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between fibroblast-specific protein 1(S100A4),sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P)and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty patients who visited the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2022 to August 2023 as the COPD group,and 80 individuals who underwent health check-ups during the same period as the control group.COPD patients were divided into four groups based on the severity of pulmonary function,with 20 patients in each group.ELISA was used to measure the levels of S100A4 and S1P.Results The results showed that S100A4 and S1P were expressed in both groups.The serum S1P levels in COPD patients increased with statistical significance(U=77.50,P<0.001).Serum S1P levels were negatively correlated with forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)%(R^(2)=-0.4606,P<0.001)and FEV1%(R^(2)=-0.5183,P<0.001)in COPD patients.S100A4 levels in COPD patients increased with statistical significance(U=78,P<0.0001),while serum S100A4 levels in COPD patients were positively correlated with S1P(R2=0.5750,P<0.0001).Conclusion The elevation of S100A4 and S1P may be associated with the occurrence and progression of COPD.
