摘 要:为求解浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板材料梁弯曲变形问题,对10根浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板和胶合板材料梁进行三点弯曲试验,研究了它的破坏过程和荷载位移曲线。基于高阶剪切变形理论,推导了浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板材料简支梁挠度计算公式,对比相关试验结果,讨论了高阶剪切变形理论法的计算精度。研究结果表明:浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板和胶合板材料梁弯曲破坏包括弹性、弹塑性变形及破坏3个阶段;采用高阶剪切理论法求解浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板材料梁弯曲变形问题具有较高的计算精度;剪切变形对浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板和胶合板材料梁挠度具有较大的影响。研究成果为完善浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板材料梁设计理论提供参考。In order to solve the bending deformation problem of the beam with impregnated film paper veneered wood-based panel material,the failure process and load displacement curve of 10 beams with impregnated film paper veneered block board and plywood material were studied by three-point bending test.Based on the theory of high order shear deformation,the formula for calculating the deflection of simply supported beams with impregnated film paper veneered wood-based panel material was derived.Compared with the experimental results,the calculation accuracy of the high order shear deformation theory method was discussed.The results show that the bending failure in the beam with impregnated film paper veneered block board and plywood material consists of three stages,namely elastic stage,elastoplastic deformation stage and failure stage.The bending deformation problem of beams with impregnated film paper veneered wood-based panel material is solved by the method of high order shear theory,which has high calculation accuracy.The shear deformation has a great influence on the deflection of the beam with impregnated film paper veneered block board and plywood material.The research results provide a reference for improving the design theory of beams with impregnated film paper veneered wood-based panel material.
