摘 要:注浆后的浆砌片石挡墙在受到墙身剪切破坏时,内部主要为块石间水泥浆破坏。为了更好地给注浆方法提供依据以及为挡墙稳定性分析和加固材料的确定提供参数,开展粘度试验和直剪试验,并基于试验结果和库仑理论获得界面的抗剪强度指标,再结合砌石体强度规范要求和流动性要求,明确合理的掺砂率。试验结果表明,粘度随着掺砂率和水灰比的增加而增大,在抗剪强度指标中,粘聚力整体上随着掺砂率和水灰比的增加而增大,且内摩擦角基本不变。由此结合水泥浆流动性能和直剪试验结果,得出最佳配合比;然后再通过挡墙模型试验,证明其方法的可行性以及在极限承载力荷载下挡墙的受力极限和破坏形态,该结果可为实际工程提供参考依据。When the grouted rubble retaining wall is subjected to shear damage on the wall body,the internal damage is mainly caused by cement slurry between the blocks.To provide a better basis for grouting methods and parameters for stability analysis of retaining walls and determination of reinforcement materials,viscosity tests and direct shear tests are conducted,and the shear strength index of the interface is obtained based on the test results and Coulomb theory.Finally,based on the strength specifications and flow ability requirements of the masonry body,a reasonable sand content is determined.The experimental results show that viscosity increases with the increase of sand content and water cement ratio.In the shear strength index,the overall cohesion increases with the increase of sand content and water cement ratio,while the internal friction angle remains basically unchanged.Therefore,based on the flow performance of cement slurry and the conclusions of direct shear tests,the optimal mix ratio is obtained,and then the feasibility of the method is demonstrated through retaining wall model tests.The ultimate stress limit and failure mode of the retaining wall under ultimate bearing capacity loads provide reference basis for practical engineering.
