《辞海》人物条目释文的编修——以中国近现代史学科为例

摘　　要：文章以《辞海》中国近现代史学科人物为例,简要考察《辞海》人物条目的编修。人物条目的编修立足于《辞海》大型综合性词典的性质,在政治性、知识性、科学性、稳定性、简明性的总体要求下,按照人物条目释文范围和层次展开,力求做到释文内容能全面、恰当、精准反映人物的生平事迹、思想成就或社会影响。尽量保证释文内容完整,防止缺漏;释文层次分明,条理清晰,结构严密;同类条目写法保持统一;不同级别人物释文详略得当;表述客观、准确、精练;相关条目协调、平衡、融洽;体例统一。Taking the human figures in modern and contemporary Chinese history in the Cihai as an example,this article briefly examines the making and revision of Cihai’s biographical entries.The making of these entries is based on the nature of Cihai as a large-scale,comprehensive dictionary,adhering to the overall requirements of politics,knowledge,scientific accuracy,stability,and conciseness.It unfolds according to the scope and hierarchy of biographical entry explanations,striving to ensure that the content comprehensively,appropriately,and precisely reflects the figures’life stories,ideological achievements,or social impacts.Efforts are made to ensure the completeness of the explanatory text and to prevent omissions;the text is structured with clear layers,good coherence,and rigorous organization;the writing styles of similar entries are consistent;the detail in the explanatory texts of figures of different levels is appropriate;the expression is objective,accurate,and concise;related entries are coordinated,balanced,and harmonious;and the stylistic rules are unified.
