摘　　要：本文以党的二十届三中全会精神为统领,坚持系统观念、需求导向,分析新形势下我国经济发展的动力结构发生根本变化、数据要素全面渗透激发经济发展新动能和社会治理重心向基层下移形成的统计保障需求,提出完善统计管理体制、创新统计产品生产方式等建议。Guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,this paper adheres to the system concept and demand orientation,analyzes the statistical guarantee needs induced by the fundamental changes in the dynamic structure of China's economic development under the new situation,the new momentum for economic development caused by the comprehensive penetration of data elements,the focus of social governance shifted downward to the grassroots level,and proposes to improve the statistical management system and innovate the production methods of statistical products.
