摘　　要：对HXD3B型机车牵引电机非齿端轴承走行部车载监测测点方案进行了优化设计,通过新老方案的原理比对、仿真试验、实物试验、数据诊断等方式评估了优化方案的可行性,并跟踪装车效果验证可行性和可靠性。We carried out optimization design of measuring points at traction motor non-toothed end for HXD3B locomotive running gear onboard monitoring device.The feasibility of the optimization scheme was evaluated through comparing the principles of the new and old schemes,simulation experiments,physical experiments,data diagnosis,etc.,and the feasibility and reliability of the scheme were verified by tracking the service effect.
