摘　　要：总结了目前内燃机车救援无制动能力动车组的救援现状,分析了影响内燃机车救援限速5km/h的原因,并有针对性地提出了一些解决措施,希望对机车的救援效率提升及运输效率的改变带来积极思考和影响。The paper summarizes the current situation of rescuing EMUs without braking capability with diesel locomotives,analyzes the reasons that affect the speed limit of 5 km/h for diesel locomotive rescue,and proposes targeted solutions,which would bring positive ideas and influence on the improvement of ocomotive rescue efficiency and the change of transportation efficiency.
