数智赋能下网络舆论场意识形态风险辨识与应对

摘　　要：在网络舆情样态中,由于网络舆情“泛政治化”和“网络赋权”,致使网络政治舆情引导工作面临新的历史性考验。在网络技术加持下,网络舆论场域中的舆情表达“过载”、信息区隔窄化认知、群体情绪非理性的叙事思维、网络空间的民粹化走向等给主流意识形态安全带来多重风险样态。因此,在错综复杂的网络舆情样态中,党和政府要实现意识形态网络话语表达的创新与调整,推动多元网络舆论场深度融合,找准网络舆情预定“阈值”,依托“耗散结构”化解网络舆情极化,利用“议程设置”提升网络舆情引导水平,实现主流意识形态感召力、主导力、引领力、吸引力和传播力“五力并举”,筑牢主流意识形态安全防线。In the pattern of network public opinion,due to the"pan politicization"and"network empowerment"of network public opinion,the guidance of network political public opinion is facing a new historical test.With the support of network technology,the"overload"of public opinion expression in the network public opinion field,the cognition of narrow information segmentation,the irrational narrative thinking of group emotions,and the trend of populism in cyberspace have brought multiple risks to the mainstream ideological security.Therefore,in the complex pattern of network public opinion,the Party and the government should realize the innovation and adjustment of the expression of ideological network discourse,promote the deep integration of multiple network public opinion fields,identify the predetermined"threshold"of network public opinion,rely on the"dissipative structure"to resolve the polarization of network public opinion,and use"agenda setting"to improve the guidance level of network public opinion,so as to realize the"five forces"of the mainstream ideology's appeal,dominating,leading,attractive and spreading power,and build a strong security line of mainstream ideology.
