“一带一路”倡议对中国省域经济创新发展水平的影响研究——基于PSM-DID的实证分析

摘　　要：文章以中国内地省级层面构建指标体系,通过CRITIC权重法测度各省份的创新经济发展水平,并用PSM-DID实证分析“一带一路”倡议对参与共建的中国省域经济创新发展水平的推动作用,结果发现作用显著,异质性分析发现“一带”和“一路”的不同省份对于其创新经济发展水平的推动作用存在差异。为进一步推动创新经济发展,文章提出以下政策建议:鼓励创新、提高知识产权保护力度,加强教育培训,加强科技合作,推动创新创业环境建设。This paper constructs an index system at the provincial level in China,measures the innovation economic development level of each province by the CRITIC weight method,and by PSM-DID empirically analyzes the role of the"Belt and Road"Initiative in promoting economic innovation and development in Chinese provinces.The results showed that the effect was significant.Heterogeneity analysis found that different provinces of"One Belt"and"One Road"have different promoting effects on their innovative economic development level.In order to further promote the development of the innovation economy,the article puts forward the following policy recommendations:encourage innovation,improve the protection of intellectual property rights,strengthen education and training,strengthen scientific and technological cooperation,and promote the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship environment.
