摘 要:目的比较^(18)F-FDOPA和^(18)F-FDG两种显像剂对嗜铬细胞瘤荷瘤的显像价值。方法建立荷瘤裸鼠模型8只,每只荷瘤裸鼠经尾静脉注射^(18)F-FDOPA显像剂18.5 mBq,分别于30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min后行MicroPET/CT扫描;间隔24 h后,再注入^(18)F-FDG显像剂18.5 mBq,分别于30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min后行microPET/CT扫描。通过勾画感兴趣区,测量不同显像剂成像的肿瘤最大标准化摄取值(maximum standard uptake value,SUVmax)以及肿瘤与非肿瘤组织的放射性摄取比(T/NT)。结果8只裸鼠静脉注射^(18)F-FDOPA后30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min,肿瘤均能够清晰显像,SUV_(max)分别是5.99±0.54、6.05±0.52、6.23±0.66、6.28±0.60,各时间点之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。注射^(18)F-FDG后30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min,肿瘤SUVmax值分别是2.04±0.24、2.33±0.27、2.22±0.42、2.13±0.31,各时间点之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。嗜铬细胞瘤对^(18)F-FDOPA的SUVmax均大于^(18)F-FDG显像剂(P<0.01)。^(18)F-FDOPA和^(18)F-FDG在注射60 min时,^(18)F-FDOPA的肿瘤与脑、心、肌肉的比值均高于^(18)F-FDG,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论^(18)FFDOPA PET/CT在诊断嗜铬细胞瘤荷瘤裸鼠模型上有良好的显像效果,在SUVmax和T/NT方面优于^(18)F-FDG。Objective To compare the imaging value of^(18)F-FDOPA and^(18)F-FDG for pheochromocytoma bearing tumor.Methods Totally 8 nude mouse models bearing tumor were established.Each nude mouse was injected with 18.5 mBq of^(18)F-FDOPA solution through the tail vein,and MicroPET/CT scan was performed 30 min,60 min,90 min and 120 min respectively.After 24 h interval,^(18)F-FDG developer 18.5 mBq was injected again,and microPET/CT scan was performed after 30 min,60 min,90 min and 120 min,respectively.The maximum standard uptake value(SUVmax)and the radioactivity uptake ratio(T/NT)of tumor to non-tumor tissue imaged with different imaging agents were measured by mapping areas of interest.Results After intravenous injection of^(18)F-FDOPA in 8 nude mice 30 min,60 min,90 min,120 min,the tumor could be clearly demonstrated,and the SUVmax was 5.99±0.54,6.05±0.52,6.23±0.66,6.28±0.60,respectively.There was no significant difference among all time points(P>0.05).After injection of^(18)F-FDG 30 min,60 min,90 min and 120 min,the SUVmax of tumor was 2.04±0.24、2.33±0.27、2.22±0.42、2.13±0.31,respectively,and there was no statistical significance at each time point(P>0.05).The SUVmax of^(18)F-FDOPA for pheochromocytoma was higher than that of ^(18)F-FDG(P<0.01).After injection of ^(18)F-FDOPA and^(18)F-FDG for 60 min,the ratio of tumor to brain,heart and muscle of ^(18)F-FDOPA was higher than that of ^(18)F-FDG,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion^(18)F-FDOPA PET/CT has good imaging effect in the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma tumor bearing nude mouse model and is superior to^(18)F-FDG in terms of SUVmax and T/NT.
