摘  要:目的分析结核病医院污水的分枝杆菌检测情况,为结核病医院污水处理提供参考依据。方法于2019年,采集天津市某医院和天津市某结核病防治所污水标本进行分枝杆菌培养,对可疑分枝杆菌菌落应用基因芯片法进行菌种鉴定。结果某医院污水处理后水样非结核分枝杆菌、结核分枝杆菌复合群均未检出。某结核病防治所污水处理后三个水样标本均检出非结核分枝杆菌,结核分枝杆菌复合群均未检出。结论本次调查中,结核病医院存在分枝杆菌不能杀灭的风险,应该加强污水采样检测,以确保结核病医院的污水中不含有分枝杆菌,预防环境污染的发生。Objective To understand the sdutus of mycobacteria contamination in the sewage of tuberculosis hospitals,and to provide a reference for the sewage treatment of tuberculosis hospitals.Methods In 2019,the sewage samples from a hospital and a tuberculosis prevention and control center in Tianjin were collected for mycobacterial culture,and the suspected mycobacterial colonies were identified by gene chip method.Results After sewage treatment in a hospital,no water-like nontuberculous mycobacteria(NTM)and mycobacterium tuberculosis complex(MTBC)were detected.NTM were detected in three water samples after sewage treatment in a tuberculosis prevention and control center,but none of the MTBC were detected.Conclusion In this survey,there is a risk that mycobacteria cannot be killed in sewage after treatment in tuberculosis hospitals,and sewage sampling and testing should be strengthened to ensure that the sewage of tuberculosis hospitals does not contain mycobacteria and prevent the occurrence of environmental contamination.
