摘 要:目的建立生活饮用水中碘乙酸等7种消毒副产物离子色谱测定方法。方法以AS27色谱柱为分析柱,氢氧化钾梯度淋洗,离子色谱抑制性电导检测器测定。结果亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐在0.07~1.40 mg/L,碘乙酸、二碘乙酸在0.002~0.04 mg/L,溴酸盐在0.001~0.02 mg/L,二氯乙酸在0.005~0.10 mg/L,三氯乙酸在0.01~0.20 mg/L浓度范围内,所得回归方程线性关系良好,r>0.999。方法的检出限为0.0003~0.007 mg/L,定量下限为0.001~0.01 mg/L;平均回收率为80.1%~101%,RSD为0.09%~6.5%。结论该方法操作简便,精密度和准确度较好,适用于生活饮用水中碘乙酸等7种消毒副产物的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 7 kinds of disinfection by-products such as iodoacetic acid in drinking water by ion chromatography(IC).Methods AS27 column was used as the analytic column,KOH gradient elution for the separation and suppressed conductivity detector for the determination.Results Chlorite and chlorate in the range of 0.07-1.40 mg/L,iodoacetic acid and diiodoacetic acid in the range of 0.002-0.04 mg/L,bromate in the range of 0.001-0.02 mg/L,dichloroacetic acid in the range of 0.005-0.10 mg/L,and trichloroacetic acid in the range of 0.01-0.20 mg/L,showed a good linear correlation.The coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection of limit was 0.0003-0.007 mg/L,and the lower limit of quantification was 0.001-0.01 mg/L.The recovery rate of the test elements in tap water was 80.1%-101%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.09%-6.5%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and is applicable to the the determination of 7 kinds of disinfection by-products in drinking water.
