多维度视角下西藏地区农户土地流转行为的影响因素研究

摘　　要：为探讨影响西藏少数民族地区农户土地流转行为的关键因素,本研究采用Logistic回归模型,以西藏33个县区的506份农户数据为基础,多维度探讨农户家庭总人数、从事非农工作人口数、家庭年收入、农业收入占比、土地承包面积、农户参与养老保险程度和农业补贴政策共7个因子对藏族农户土地流转行为的影响。实证分析结果显示,上述因素均对农户土地流转行为有显著影响。分析结果揭示农户土地流转行为与家庭经济状况和农业收入比重之间的复杂关系。This study aimed to explore the key factors affecting the land transfer behavior of farmers in the Tibetan ethnic minority areas.Based on 506 farmer data from 33 counties and districts in Xizang,this research used the Logistic regression model to multidimensionally discuss the impact of seven factors,including the total number of family members,the number of people engaged in non-agricultural work,annual family income,the proportion of agricultural income,contracted land area,the extent of farmers’participation in pension insurance,and agricultural subsidy policies,on the land transfer behavior of Tibetan farmers.The empirical analysis showed that,the aforementioned factors significantly affected the land transfer behavior of farmers.The results revealed the complex relationship between farmers’land transfer behavior and family economic status and the proportion of agricultural income.
