摘 要:目的 分析CT血管造影三维重建技术对肺部占位性病变的定性诊断及敏感度、特异度、准确度。方法 将我院2018年1月-2022年12月的160例肺部占位性病变患者纳入研究对象,对所有患者均实施CT血管造影三维重建技术检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,统计分析CT血管造影三维重建技术检查的准确率。结果 本组所选病例经病理检查确诊有120例为恶性(小细胞肺癌28例,鳞癌19例,腺癌60例,其他13例),另外40例为良性(肺炎40例);CT血管造影三维重建技术检查结果显示,有117例真恶性,真良性38例,误诊3例,漏诊2例。CT血管造影三维重建技术检查的灵敏度、特异度、恶性预测值、良性预测值、诊断准确率分别为:95.0%(38/40)、97.5%(117/120)、92.68%(38/41)、98.32%(117/119)、96.88%(155/160)。结论 CT血管造影三维重建技术诊断肺部占位性病变具有较高的敏感度、特异度、准确度。Objective To Analyze the qualitative diagnosis,sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of CT angiography three-dimensional reconstruction technology for pulmonary space occupying lesions.Methods 160 patients with pulmonary space occupying lesions in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were included in the study.All patients under-went CT angiography three-dimensional reconstruction technology examination,and the accuracy of CT angiography three-di-mensional reconstruction technology examination was statistically analyzed based on pathological examination results as the gold standard.Results The selected cases in this group were confirmed by pathological examination,with 120 cases being malignant(28 cases of small cell lung cancer,19 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,60 cases of adenocarcinoma,and 13 other cases),and the other 40 cases being benign(40 cases of pneumonia);The results of CT angiography three-dimension-al reconstruction technology showed that there were 117 cases of true malignancy,38 cases of true benign,3 cases of misdi-agnosis,and 2 cases of missed diagnosis.The sensitivity,specificity,malignant predictive value,benign predictive value,and diagnostic accuracy of CT angiography three-dimensional reconstruction technology were 95.0%(38/40),97.5%(117/120),92.68%(38/41),98.32%(117/119),and 96.88%(155/160),respectively.ConclusionCT angiography three-dimensional reconstruction technology has high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in diagnosing pulmonary space oc-cupying lesions.
