摘 要:为探明环氧树脂掺量对环氧沥青车辙因子与流变行为因子的影响规律,文章通过试验研究,对低掺量的环氧沥青的改性效果进行了探索,以EA/SBS改性沥青为对照组,系统研究了不同环氧树脂掺量下的改性沥青抗车辙性能与自愈合性能的变化规律。研究表明:随着环氧树脂掺量的增加,环氧树脂与沥青的多层吸附增加了软沥青中非极性分子链的迁移率,环氧沥青的玻璃态转换温度随之逐渐降低,低温力学性能得到有效改善;环氧树脂与固化剂形成的三维交联网络结构虽然降低了环氧沥青的自愈合性能,但提高了环氧沥青的弹性组分含量,从而赋予了环氧沥青更好的抗车辙性能,具有更加优异的耐久性和路用价值。考虑环氧沥青综合性能,建议使用90号沥青作为基质沥青,环氧树脂的掺量为10%。In order to find out the effect of epoxy resin content on the rutting factor and rheological behavior factor of epoxy as-phalt,the paper explores the modification effect of epoxy asphalt with low content through experimental research.Taking EA/SBS modified asphalt as the control group,the changing patterns of rutting resistance and self-healing performance of modified asphalt with different epoxy resin content were systematically studied.The results show that with the increase of epoxy resin content,the multilayer adsorption of epoxy resin and asphalt increases the mobility of non-polar molecular chains in soft asphalt,and the glass transition temperature of epoxy asphalt gradually decreases,the mechanical properties at low temperature are effectively improved.Although the three-dimensional cross-linked network structure formed by epoxy resin and curing agent reduces the self-healing performance of epoxy asphalt,it increases the elastic component content of epoxy asphalt,thereby giving epoxy asphalt better rutting resistance,and has better durability and road use value.Considering the comprehensive performance of epoxy asphalt,it is recom-mended to use No.90 asphalt as the base asphalt,and the content of epoxy resin is 10%.
