摘  要:为全面分析大掺量橡胶粉改性生物沥青推广应用的可行性,文章采用20%的橡胶粉、30%的生物油和50%的90号道路石油沥青,制备替代量为50%的大掺量橡胶粉改性生物沥青,通过室内对比试验及工程应用,系统研究了大掺量橡胶粉改性生物沥青混合料的各项性能和工程应用效果,并依托工程应用测算经济环保效益。结果表明:在50%的高替代量下,橡胶粉改性生物沥青混合料的残留稳定度为93%,冻融劈裂强度比为81%,60℃动稳定度为5 564次·min^(-1),-10℃弯曲应变为3 160με,各项性能均满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40-2004)中1-2气候分区的路用性能要求。铺设的试验路段具有良好的路用性能,路面压实度、渗水系数、构造深度和摆式摩擦系数均满足规范要求。经计算,在降低路面施工成本的前提下,大掺量橡胶粉改性生物沥青路面的环保效果显著,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,适合在实际工程中推广应用。To comprehensively analyze the feasibility of promoting the application of high dosage rubber powder modified bio asphalt,this article using 20%rubber powder,30% bio oil,and 50% 90#road petroleum asphalt as substitutes,a high content rub-ber powder modified bio asphalt with a substitution amount of 50% was prepared.Through indoor comparative experiments and on-site trial road paving and engineering applications,the various properties and engineering application effect of high dosage rubber powder modified bio asphalt mixture were systematically studied,and the economic and environmental protection effects in engi-neering applications were measured.The results show that under a high substitution amount of 50%,the residual stability of the rub-ber powder modified bio asphalt mixture is 93%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 81%,the dynamic stability at 60℃ is 5564 times per minute,and the bending strain at-10℃ is 3160μs.All performance indicators meet the road performance re--quirements of climate zones 1-2 in the"Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements"JTG F40-2004.The paved test road section has good road performance,and the road compaction degree,water permeability coefficient,texture depth,and BPN all meet the specification requirements.After calculation,under the premise of reducing road construction costs,the high dosage rubber powder modified bio asphalt pavement has significant environmental protection effect,has good social and eco-nomic benefits,and is suitable for promotion and application in practical engineering.
