摘  要:采用溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸时的副产物萃余酸含有大量的五氧化二磷,大多用于生产肥料,针对萃余酸多元化梯级利用问题,提出利用萃余酸制备饲料级磷酸氢钙的工艺路线。先将萃余酸进行预处理,再经脱氟工序使萃余酸杂质离子富集在白肥中,使得上清液满足生产饲料级磷酸氢钙的要求。采用石灰乳对脱氟后的含磷液进行中和,可制得符合GB 22549—2017《饲料添加剂磷酸氢钙》Ⅰ型要求的产品,萃余酸中P2O5回收率达到81.21%。The by-product residual acid from WPA purification contains a large amount of phosphorus pentoxide,which is mostly used in fertilizer production.In response to the diversified cascade utilization of residual acid,a process route for preparing feed grade dicalcium phosphate using residual acid is proposed.Firstly,the residual acid is pretreated,and then subjected to a defluorination process to enrich the impurity ions in the white fertilizer,making the supernatant meet the requirements for producing feed grade dicalcium phosphate.By using lime milk to neutralize the phosphorus containing solution after defluorination,a product that meets the requirements of typeⅠin GB 22549—2017“Feed additive—Dicalcium phosphate”can be produced.The recovery rate of P2O5in the extracted acid reaches 81.21%.
