无副产盐酸的硫基复合肥生产工艺探讨

摘  要:硫基复合肥副产盐酸难以销售,经常出现盐酸占库,制约硫基复合肥产量。利用硫酸铵、氯化钾为原料,生产硫基复合肥,并副产氯化铵钾,实现无副产盐酸生产硫基复合肥的技术突破。从工艺和经济两个角度论述无副产盐酸生产硫基复合肥的可行性。结果表明,无副产盐酸的硫基复合肥工艺可行,且具有较为可观的经济价值。The by-product hydrochloric acid of sulfur based compound fertilizer is difficult to sell,and hydrochloric acid often occupies the inventory,which restricts the yield of sulfur based compound fertilizer.By utilizing ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride as raw materials,sulfur based compound fertilizer and by-product potassium ammonium chloride is also produced,achieving a technological breakthrough in producing sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid.The feasibility of producing sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid from both process and economic perspectives are discussed.The results show that the process of sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid is feasible and has considerable economic value.
