摘 要:为降低磷矿浮选尾矿中P_(2)O_(5)含量,通过分析大量的生产数据,比对各个流程,深挖磷尾矿磷含量的影响因素,主要包括溢流板高度调节不合理、p H未及时调节、充气阀门开度过大、抑制剂酸度检测频次不够、原矿磷镁含量配比不适合等;并针对各影响因子实施快赢改善和因子改善对策。通过各控制措施的落实达到了降低磷尾矿磷含量的目的,磷尾矿w(P_(2)O_(5))由2.94%降至2.75%。To reduce the P_(2)O_(5)content in phosphate ore flotation tailings,a large amount of production data is analyzed,and various processes are compared to identify the factors affecting the phosphorus content in the phosphorus tailings.These factors mainly include unreasonable height adjustment of the overflow plate,untimely p H adjustment,excessive opening of the inflation valve,insufficient frequency of inhibitor acidity detection,and inappropriate ratio of phosphorus and magnesium content in the raw ore;And quick win improvement and factor improvement measures for each influencing factor are carried out.The implementation of various control measures has achieved the goal of reducing the phosphorus content in tailings,which has decreased from 2.94%to 2.75%.
