摘 要:800 kt/a硫黄制酸装置除氧器乏汽未实现回收利用,造成热利用率下降和资源损失。通过前期可行性分析,得出可用二级脱盐水冷却乏汽以回收热量,并计算出冷却脱盐水用量;介绍除氧器乏汽回收工艺流程及运行控制。经济效益及效能分析表明,该方案经济效益明显,同时可以消除乏汽排汽的噪声污染,改善厂区环境。During the operation of the exhaust steam from the deaerator of an 800 kt/a sulfuric acid plant,the failure to achieve recycling results in a decrease in heat utilization rate and resource loss.Through preliminary feasibility analysis,it is determined that secondary desalinated water can be used to cool the exhaust steam and recover heat,and the amount of desalinated water used for cooling is calculated;The process flow and operation control of deaerator exhaust steam recovery are introduced.The analysis of economic benefits and efficiency shows that this plan has significant economic benefits,and can also eliminate the noise pollution caused by exhaust steam and improve the factory environment.
