摘 要:选用3个品种油橄榄为供试材料,探究施用半焦肥对油橄榄生长及土壤微生物群落多样性的影响。结果表明:施用半焦肥在一定程度上都能促进3种油橄榄的地茎及株高增长量,且基本表现为中量处理下的促进效果最好;施肥量对3种油橄榄土壤微生物的影响相同,与不施肥处理相比,施肥降低了真菌各分类水平的ASV/OTU总数、丰度及多样性;细菌各分类水平的ASV/OTU总数、丰度及多样性随施肥量的增加而增高;3个品种油橄榄土壤真菌相对丰度较高的类群均为子囊菌门、担子菌门、毛霉菌门,且子囊菌门的相对丰度要优于担子菌门;土壤细菌相对丰度较高的类群均为放线菌门、变形菌门、酸杆菌门。总体来说,中量处理的半焦肥施用量有利于促进油橄榄地茎及株高提升,高量处理的半焦肥施用量有利于提高土壤微生物数量,改善微生物群落结构,提高土壤肥力。Three olive seedlings are selected as test materials to explore the effects of semi-coke fertilizer on olive growth and soil microbial community diversity.The results show that the application of semi-coke fertilizer can increase the growth of the rhizome and plant height of the three olive varieties to a certain extent,and the promotion effect is the best under the medium amount treatment;The effect of fertilization amount on soil microorganisms of the three olive varieties is the same.Compared with the treatment without fertilization,fertilization decreases the total number,abundance and diversity of ASV/OTU at each taxonomic level of fungi.But the total number,abundance and diversity of ASV/OTU at each taxonomic level of bacteria increases with the increase of fertilization amount;The higher relative abundance of fungi in the soil of the three olive varieties are ascomycetes,basidiomycetes and mucormycotes,and the relative abundance of ascomycetes is higher than that of basidiomycetes;The higher relative abundance of soil bacteria are actinomycetes,proteus and acidobacteria.In general,the application amount of semi-coke fertilizer with medium treatment is conducive to promoting the growth of olive stem and plant height,while the application amount of semi-coke fertilizer with high treatment is conducive to increasing the number of soil microorganisms,improving the microbial community structure and the soil fertility.
