摘　　要：学院各部门采用不同的数据库系统管理事务,致使信息存在大量的几余,以及因为无法互联互通形成“信息孤岛”。为了很好地解决这一制约信息化建设的问题,本文基于KETTLE对多源异构数据进行抽取、转换和集成,经过KMeans聚类分析、线性回归等算法统计分析后生成各类有价值的数据信息。能够对其进行多维度分析,同时利用Echarts图表库建立多类直观、可交互的数字可视化图表,并对学生学习行为数据进行异常行为预警与识别。Different departments of the college use different database systems to manage their affairs,resulting in a large amount of information redundancy,and the formation of"Information Islands"due to lack of connectivity.In order to solve this problem,this paper extracts,transforms and integrates heterogeneous data based on KETTLE,after the K-means clustering analysis,linear regression and other statistical analysis algorithm to generate a variety of valuable data information.At the same time,the Echarts chart database can be used to build multi-visual and interactive digital visualization chart,and the student learning behavior data for early warning and recognition of abnormal behavior.
