摘　　要：目的探讨祛毒防疫方防治疫病的配伍合理性及其机制。方法运用中医药理论对祛毒防疫方的中药-性味归经、配伍功效、配伍机制进行分析;运用数据挖掘-网络药理学的方法对祛毒防疫方中解表组、清热组和宣肺化湿组中33个化合物的作用靶点及通路进行预测和筛选;基于数据整合分析,剖析阐释该方的作用特点及配伍机制。结果祛毒防疫方中33个化合物对应80个靶点和68条相关通路,主要涉及炎症反应、免疫反应、细菌反应、防御反应和病毒反应等。解表组、清热组和宣肺化湿组既有共同的作用靶点群及通路群,又各有偏重,可协同发挥作用。结论解表组可作用于病毒、炎症和防御反应等相关靶点发挥作用;清热组除与解表组协同作用于病毒反应引发的炎症反应外,还可直接对多种病毒产生抑制作用;宣肺化湿组通过提高机体免疫力与清热组和解表组协同增效,3组各有侧重且相互联系,体现了其配伍合理性。Objective To explore the compatibility rationality and mechanism of Qudu Fangyi Fang(祛毒防疫方)for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.Methods The theory of traditional Chinese medicine was employed to analyze the properties,flavors,meridians,compatibility effects,and compatibility mechanisms of Qudu Fangyi Fang.Data mining and network pharmacology were utilized to predict and screen the action targets and pathways of 33 compounds in the Jiebiao group(解表组),Qingre group(清热组),and Xuanfei Huashi group(宣肺化湿组).Based on data integration analysis,the functional characteristics and compatibility mechanism of this approach were analyzed and explained.Results There were 80 targets and 68 pathways associated with 33 compounds in Qudu Fangyi Fang,which were mainly involved in inflammatory responses,immune responses,bacterial responses,defense responses,and virus responses.The Jiebiao,Qingre,and Xuanfei Huashi group had common targetand pathway groups,and each had its own emphasis,which could exert a synergistic effect.Conclusion The Jiebiao group can act on virus,inflammation,defense response,and other related targets.Besides the synergistic effect of the Qingre group and the Jiebiao group on the inflammatory reaction caused by the virus reaction,it can also directly inhibit various viruses.By enhancing the body's immunity,the Xuanfei Huashi group had synergistic effects with the Qingre group and the solution table group.The three groups had different emphases and were interrelated,which reflected the rationality of their compatibility.
