中医药治疗更年期女性睡眠障碍临床研究进展

摘　　要：查阅相关文献,对更年期女性睡眠障碍的中医病因病机、辨证治疗、中医外治法及其他疗法的临床研究现状进行概述,认为中医药治疗该病具有疗效显著、不良反应小、复发率低等优势,但在临床应用中存在诸如样本量小、辨证不统一、缺乏客观疗效评价标准及周期性随访等方面的不足,在今后的研究中应完善以上不足,以进一步提高临床疗效。By referencing relevant literature,this paper provides an overview of the current clinical research status on the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and other therapies for sleep disorders in menopausal women.It concludes that traditional Chinese medicine offers signi-ficant curative effects with minimal adverse reactions and fewer recurrences.However,there are some shortcomings in clinical application such as small sample sizes,lack of a unified syndrome differentiation method,absence of objective efficacy evaluation criteria and periodic follow-up.These areas should be improved in future studies to further enhance clinical efficacy.
