摘 要:脆性果品组织结构的多相性和随机性使得传统的损伤模型不足以描述其力学损伤行为。本文以富士苹果为例,考虑组织内部孔隙微裂纹的扩展,将切应力作为组织破坏的主要因素,通过建立并联剪切微弹簧模型探索苹果组织在压缩载荷下的损伤演化过程。通过单轴压缩实验,计算出与损伤相关的统计参数,并基于此预测压缩应力。结果表明,本研究模型的预测结果与实验结果之间的确定系数为0.95,能够较准确地描述单轴压缩状态下苹果组织的损伤行为。本文研究结果可为探索果品组织的力学性质和损伤行为提供参考。The multiphase and stochastic nature of the microstructure of brittle fruit tissue renders traditional damage models inadequate in describing its mechanical behavior.Taking Fuji apples as an example,this study considered the expansion of microcracks in the internal pores of apple tissues,with shear stress as the main factor of tissue damage.The evolution of damage in apple tissue under compressive loads was explored by employing a parallel shear micro-spring model.Statistical parameters associated with damage were computed through uniaxial compression experiments and utilized to predict compressive stress.The results show that the coefficient of determination between the prediction results of the model and the experimental results is 0.95,which can describe the damage behavior of apple tissues under uniaxial compression accurately.This study can provide a reference for exploring the mechanical properties and damage behavior of fruit tissues.
