摘 要:目的探讨评估图像均一化联合逆相位编码的DWI序列(diffusion-weighted imaging with phased array unifor‐mity enhancement and reverse phase-encoding polarity,PURE-R-DWI)对婴幼儿颅脑图像高信号伪影的校正效果。方法选取51例因早产或有神经系统症状的0~2岁婴幼儿,首先采用1.5 T MRI常规DWI和PURE-R-DWI序列两种扫描方案行水模扫描;然后对患儿分别行两种方案DWI扫描,由2位放射科高年资医师对获得的全脑图像采取双盲法阅片,并对颅脑图像高信号伪影主观评分,采用配对t检验对评分结果进行分析。结果在水模图像和婴幼儿全脑图像方面,PURE-R-DWI序列的图像质量均优于常规DWI;PURE-R-DWI序列的图像伪影评分较常规DWI序列显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=52.049,P<0.05)。结论PURE-R-DWI序列能够有效校正婴幼儿颅脑图像高信号伪影,明显提高图像质量,可替代常规DWI在婴幼儿颅脑MRI检查中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the correction effect of diffusion-weighted imaging with phased array uniformity enhancement and reverse phase-encoding polarity(PURE-R-DWI)on the hyperintense artifacts in brain images of infants and toddlers.Methods Firstly,the water phantom experiment was performed by using 1.5T MRI conventional DWI and PURE-R-DWI sequences and then,51 cases of infants and toddlers(0~2-year-old)with premature birth or nervous system symptoms were scanned with two schemes of DWI.Two senior radiologists reviewed the whole brain images double-blindly and scored these hyper-intense artifacts of them.The scoring results were analyzed by paired t-test.Results The image quality of PURE-R-DWI sequence was better than that of conventional DWI in water phantom experiment and the whole brain images of infants and toddlers.The image artifact score of PURE-R-DWI sequence was significantly lower than that of conventional DWI sequence(t=52.049,P<0.05).Conclusion PURE-R-DWI sequence can effectively correct the hyper-intense artifacts of the brain images of infants and toddlers,significantly improve the image quality,and replace conventional DWI inthe brain MRI of infants and toddlers.
