摘　　要：目的探讨胸部CT检查对先天性血管环的临床诊断价值。方法选取行胸部CT平扫偶发纵隔大血管畸形患者56例患者资料,分析先天性血管环的CT平扫特征。结果在56例先天性血管环患者中,5例双主动脉弓,20例左位主动脉弓伴迷走右锁骨下动脉,13例右位主动脉弓伴镜像分支以及18例右位主动脉弓伴迷走左锁骨下动脉及Kommerell憩室。结论胸部CT平扫可以检出偶发先天性血管环并进行分型。Objective To explore the value of chest CT plain scan in the diagnosis of incidental congenital vascular ring.Methods 56 cases with mediastinal vascular malformation who underwent chest CT plain scan were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis and classification of congenital vascular ring were made according to the CT findings.Results Among the 56 cases,there were 5 cases of double aortic arch,20 cases of left aortic arch with aberrant right subclavian artery,13 cases of right aortic arch with mirror branch,and 18 cases with right aortic arch and aberrant left subclavian artery and Kommerell diverticulum.Conclusion Chest CT plain scan can detect and classify the occasional congenital vascular ring.
