摘 要:目的探讨小剂量团注测试(test bolus,TB)与智能跟踪触发(bolus tracking,BT)技术在CT肺动脉血管成像(computer tomography pulmonary angiography,CTPA)中的应用价值。方法选取行CTPA检查的206例患者,采用同样的设备和相同的扫描参数,增强扫描采用BT技术或TB技术,其中67例采用BT技术的患者作为BT技术组,139例采用TB技术的患者作为TB技术组,以统一的标准对图像进行主观和客观评价,对两组图像质量的结果采用SPSS 22.0软件包进行统计学分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果在肺动脉主干(MPA)的平均CT值、PLPV的平均CT值以及初次扫描失败率方面,TB技术组均小于BT技术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在MPA与PLPV的CT值差以及图像质量主观评分方面,TB技术组大于BT技术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TB技术组比BT技术组获得的肺动脉的血管图像质量高,失败率低,使用对比剂的剂量少,在临床中应用价值高。Objective The application value of Test bolus(TB)technology and Bolus tracking(BT)technology in CTPA was compared and studied.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 206 patients who underwent CTPA in our Hospital.The same equipment and the same scanning parameters were applied.Enhanced scanning technology was adopted BT technol-ogy or TB technology.There were 67 cases in BT technology group and 139 cases in TB technology group.The image was evalu-ated subjectively and objectively,and the unified standard was applied.The results of image quality of the two groups were statis-tically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software package,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results The aver-age CT value of MPA,the average CT value of PLPV and the failure rate of initial scan in TB group were lower than those in BT group(P<0.05).In terms of CT value difference between MPA and PLPV and subjective score of image quality,TB technology group was greater than BT Technology Group(P<0.05).Conclusion.Compared with BT technology group,TB Technology Group has higher image quality of pulmonary artery,lower failure rate,less dose of contrast agent and higher clinical application value.
