摘  要:自身免疫性脑炎(autoimmune encephalitis,AE)种类繁多,临床表现各异,早期诊断难度较大。近年来许多研究显示^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层显像(^(18)F-FDG PET)在自身免疫性脑炎的评估中具有一定的临床价值,尤其是诊断AE的敏感度和特异度可能优于头部MRI检查。本文结合既往研究对不同类型AE的异常脑代谢模式和^(18)F-FDG PET在AE诊断中的优势及问题进行了总结。Autoimmune encephalitis(AE)is a diverse disease with variable clinical manifestations,making early diagno‐sis difficult.In recent years,many studies have shown that^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET)has some clinical value in the evaluation of autoimmune encephalitis,especially in the diagnosis of AE,the sensitivity and specificity,which may be better than that of head MRI.In this paper,we summarise the abnormal brain metabolic pat‐terns of different types of AE and the advantages and problems of^(18)F-FDG PET in the diagnosis of AE,taking into account the previous studies.Also,we summarise the advantages and problems of^(18)F-FDG PET in the diagnosis of AE and different types of AE.
