摘　　要：随着我国老年化社会到来,骨质疏松症及并发骨折已成为威胁老年人群生命健康迫在眉睫的问题。由于我国原发性骨质疏松症及骨质疏松性骨折的患者人数众多,同时不同地区、不同医院之间医疗水平参差不齐,骨质疏松症的筛查、预防、诊疗、随访等现状还存在许多不足和问题。本文将梳理骨质疏松症相关经典知识和研究进展,从骨强度、骨密度检测、骨折风险评估、骨折风险评估工具(FRAX)、跌倒对骨折影响、现有治疗、治疗阈值等方面分析部分现状及面临挑战,希望为骨质疏松症防治工作提供一些有益启发。With the advent of the aging society in China,osteoporosis and concomitant fractures have become an imminent threat to the life and health of the elderly population.Due to the large number of patients with primary osteoporosis and osteoporotic fracture in China,as well as the varying medical standards between different regions and hospitals,there are still many deficiencies and problems in the current status of osteoporosis screening,prevention,diagnosis and treatment and follow-up.In this article,we will sort out the classical knowledge and research progress related to osteoporosis,and analyze some of the current status and challenges from the viewpoints of bone strength,bone mineral density testing,fracture risk assessment,FRAX tool,the effect of fall on fracture,existing treatment and the threshold of treatment,in the hope that it will provide some useful inspiration for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
