摘  要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种常见的全身性骨病,中老年人群患病率较高,在全球人口老龄化加剧的情况下,OP及其引起的脆性骨折对个体及社会的影响日益严重,但目前仍缺乏有效的早期筛查方法。骨转换生化标志物(bone turnover markers,BTMs)是骨重建过程中产生的一系列代谢产物,其灵敏度高,可反映骨组织的变化情况,可用于辅助OP的筛查。然而BTMs种类繁多,来源不一,目前尚未形成统一的检测标准。近年来随着检测技术的进步和研究的深入,学者们报道了一些新的标志物,具有良好应用前景。本文就BTMs在OP早期筛查中的研究进展作一综述。Osteoporosis(OP),a prevalent systemic skeletal disease with a high prevalence among the elderly,poses an increasingly severe impact on individuals and society as the global population ages,particularly due to the associated fragility fractures.To date,effective early screening methods for OP are lacking.Bone turnover markers(BTMs)are a series of metabolites generated during the process of bone remodeling.They are highly sensitive and capable of reflecting changes in bone tissue,which makes them useful in the screening of OP.However,due to the variety of BTMs and their diverse origins,there is no unified standard for their detections.With the advancement of detection technology and in-depth research in recent years,researchers have reported the detectability of novel markers with potential applications.In this article,the research progress of BTMs in the early screening of OP was summarized.
