摘  要:对重型热轧H型钢低温冲击性能的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明,重型H型钢的加热温度及轧制温度不合理导致内部晶粒不均匀是引起低温冲击性能不合格的主要原因。通过现场工艺的优化,改善了重型热轧H型钢的低温冲击韧性,提高了产品合格率。Analysis were conducted on the factors affecting the low-temperature impact performance of heavy hot-rolled H section steel.The results showed that the main reason for the unqualified low-temperature impact performance of heavy H section steel is the uneven internal grain size caused by high rolling temperature and high heating temperature.Through on-site process optimization,the low-temperature impact toughness of heavy hot-rolled H section has been improved,and the product qualification rate has been increased.
