摘  要:六安钢铁1号高炉南场修沟,北场单场出铁过程中,铁口孔道下方发生漏铁事故,无计划休风61小时49分钟。休风后采取炉体保温措施,最大限度的降低热量损失,制订了详细全面的复风方案,选择合理的堵风口个数,送风采取加净焦、尽快喷煤、适当用氧加热炉缸、合理控制操作参数以及强化炉前出渣铁等措施,在22小时内恢复全风作业,第二天达到正常产量,利用系数稳定在3.1t/(m^(3)·d)以上[1]。During the maintenance of the south field of the No.1 blast furnace at Luan Steel and the single-field iron tapping process in the north field,an accident of iron leakage occurred below the iron tap hole,resulting in an unscheduled downtime of 61 hours and 49 minutes for blast stopping.After the blast stopping,measures were taken to insulate the furnace body to minimize heat loss.A detailed and comprehensive plan for resuming blast was formulated,including selecting a reasonable number of tuyere plugs,adding clean coke during air blowing,injecting coal as soon as possible,appropriately using oxygen to heat the hearth,reasonably controlling operating parameters,and strengthening slag and iron tapping in front of the furnace.Full blast operation was restored within 22 hours,and normal production was achieved the next day,with the utilization coefficient stabilized above 3.lt/(m^(3).d).
