摘 要:钢铁企业为完成铸坯的“热送热轧”,采用红外面阵CCD技术在热状态下检测铸坯表面的缺陷,实现铸坯质量的监控,避免因铸坯缺陷影响轧制工艺。然而,为了深入研究缺陷铸坯产生的机理,缺陷铸坯具体的点、线、面结构和应力分析,以及缺陷深度、宽度和坡度等参数,上述检测方法难以胜任。为了快速、精确完成铸坯检测,先采用CCD技术对铸坯表面进行线上检测,仅对发现有问题的铸坯采用线下检测。通过对铸坯表面进行线上和线下联动检测,保障连铸坯的生产质量。In order to complete the"hot delivery and hot rolling"of cast slab in iron and steel enterprises,in order to avoid the influence of defects on the rolling process,the infrared CCD technology is used to detect the defects on the surface of casting slab.However,in order to study the mechanism of the defect,the methods mentioned above are not suitable for the analysis of the specific point,line and surface microstructure,stress,depth,width and slope of the defect.In order to test the casting billet quickly and accurately,CCD technology is used to test the surface of the casting billet on-line,and only on-line test is used to test the casting billet which is found to be defective.Through the on-line and off-line detection of the surface of the continuous casting slab,the production quality of the continuous casting slab is guaranteed.
