摘　　要：钢包回转台是连铸的关键设备,本文分析了某厂连铸钢包回转台钢包接收鞍座裂纹产生的原因,针对裂纹在线修复难点,制作了辅助加热工具,确定了结构补强方案和施焊工艺,保证了在线加工的精度,并通过了实践验证。Ladle turret is the key equipment of continuous casting.This article describes the causes of cracks in the receiving saddle of continuous casting ladle on the rotating table of a factory are analyzed in detail.In view of the difficulty of on-site repair,an auxiliary heating tool was made,and the structure reinforcing scheme and welding process were determined.The accuracy of online processing is guaranteed,and the practice has been verified.
