摘 要:钢卷热连轧精轧机轧制钢带时,入口导卫装置衬板与轧制钢带侧边产生摩擦,造成轧制钢带侧面刮伤、翻边、变形等缺陷。原因是入口导卫装置衬板与轧制钢带之间存在滑动干摩擦。另由于空间狭小,所以日常维护中入口导卫装置衬板更换较为困难。如何改进减小入口导卫装置衬板与轧制钢带间的摩擦,避免轧制钢带侧面缺陷,使维修、更换方便快捷成为设计改进的目的。During the rolling of hot strip steel,friction occurs between the liner of the entry guard device and the side edges of the strip steel,leading to defects such as scratches,edge flipping,and deformation on the sides of the strip steel.This is caused by the sliding dry friction between the liner of the entry guard device and the strip steel.Additionally,due to the limited space,it is difficult to replace the liner of the entry guard device during routine maintenance.The aim of the design improvement is to reduce the friction between the entry guard device liner and the strip steel to avoid side defects on the strip steel and to make maintenance,replacement,and convenience more accessible.
