摘  要:根据铁自身具备的磁性特征,通过磁选工艺处理钢渣,回收其中的铁被广泛关注~([1])。马钢特钢在转炉炼钢生产中使用的回收钢渣为全磁选渣,但在炼钢冶炼操作中存在喷溅、拉磷等问题。本文主要讨论在冶炼过程中如何解决这些问题来提高金属回收率,降低成本。According to the magnetic characteristics of iron itself,the recovery of iron from steel slag through magnetic separation technology has been widely studiedi7.The recycled steel slag used by Masteel in steelmaking production is fully magnetic separation slag,but there are problems such as splashing,phosphorus pulling,and high consumption in steelmaking and smelting operations.This article mainly discusses how to solve these problems in the smelting process to improve metal recovery rate and reduce costs.
