摘　　要：班级是高校大学生教育和管理工作进行的基本组织单位。班主任作为班级管理的第一责任人,应采取行之有效的管理方法,最大限度提升班级管理成效。本文从笔者担任高校班主任工作后在“用心、用情、用爱,谱写教育情怀;立规、明规、守规,严格执行常规;引导、指导,教导,培养核心素养”三个方面进行的班级管理实践,并总结出一套班级管理方法,旨在为高校班主任管理工作提供有益参考。Class is the basic organization unit of college students education and management.Class teachers,as the first responsible person of class management,should adopt effective management methods to maximize the effectiveness of class management.In this paper,the author has worked as class teachers with"heart,emotion and love to compose educational feelings;Establish rules,clarify rules,observe rules,and strictly implement conventions;The class management practice of guiding,guiding,teaching and cultivating core qualities"is carried out in three aspects,and a set of class management methods is summarized,aiming at providing useful reference for the management of college class teachers.
