三黄汤联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三黄汤联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病(OT2DM)疗效。方法将我院140例OT2DM患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各70例。对照组服用二甲双胍治疗,治疗组服用二甲双胍联合三黄汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、身体质量指数(BMI)、炎症水平指标超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果治疗后,治疗组西医和中医疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症状积分、血糖指标(FPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、2 hPG)和血脂指标(TC、TG)、BMI、hs-CRP、IL-6含量均低于治疗前,治疗组的上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三黄汤联合二甲双胍治疗OT2DM疗效较好,可显著改善中医证候,降血糖和血脂,下调炎症水平,降低BMI。Objective To observe the efficacy of Sanhuang Decoction and metformin in treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus(OT2DM).Methods A total of 140 OT2DM patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 70 cases in each group.Control group was treated with metformin,and treatment group was treated with metformin combined with Sanhuang Decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),body mass index(BMI),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of Western medicine and TCM in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the symptom scores related to phlegm-dampness and heat syndrome,blood glucose indexes(FPG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,2 hPG),blood lipid indexes(TC,TG),BMI,and hs-CRP and IL-6 contents in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Decoction combined with metformin is effective in treatment of OT2DM,which can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,lower blood sugar and blood lipids,down-regulate the level of inflammation,and reduce BMI.
