无比山药丸汤剂联合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生合并急性尿潴留患者试拔尿管疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察无比山药丸汤剂联合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生合并急性尿潴留(BPH合并AUR)患者试拔尿管的疗效。方法将我院60例BPH合并AUR患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组口服坦索罗辛治疗,观察组口服无比山药丸汤剂联合坦索罗辛。比较两组总有效率、拔管排尿时间、留置导管时间、拔管成功率、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、前列腺体积、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、单个中医证候积分及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组拔管排尿时间、留置导管时间短于对照组,观察组拔管成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IPSS评分、前列腺体积、PSA水平低于治疗前,观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);两组单个中医积分低于治疗前,观察组单个中医积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无比山药丸汤剂联合坦索罗辛治疗BPH合并AUR,可以提高试拔尿管成功率,缓解前列腺症状,缩小前列腺体积,改善中医证候,安全性好。Objective To observe the efficacy of Wubi Shanyao Wan Decoction combined with tamsulosin on urinary catheter removal in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with acute urinary retention(BPH combined with AUR).Methods Sixty patients with BPH and AUR were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group took tamsulosin orally,and observation group took Wubi Shanyao Wan Decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,extubation voiding time,indwelling catheter time,extubation success rate,International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),prostate volume,prostate-specific antigen(PSA),individual TCM pattern scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the extubation time and catheter time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the success rate of extubation in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the IPSS score,prostate volume and PSA levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the scores of individual TCM in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wubi Shanyao Wan Decoction combined with tamsulosin can improve the success rate of urinary catheter removal,alleviate prostate symptoms,reduce prostate volume,improve TCM syndrome in treatment of BPH combined with AUR,and has good safety.
