自拟益肾滋肝方治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病临床研究  

Clinical observation on self-made Yishen Zigan Prescription in treatment of Parkinson’s disease with liver and kidney yin deficiency type

摘　　要：目的观察自拟益肾滋肝方治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病(PD)患者临床疗效。方法将我院60例肝肾阴虚型PD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组给予多巴丝肼治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用自拟益肾滋肝方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)评分、帕金森生活调查表(PDQ-39)评分、中医证候积分、主要证候积分、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组UPDRS评分、PDQ-39评分、中医证候积分、主要证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清Hcy、hs-CRP低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组变化不明显(P>0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组UA水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟益肾滋肝方治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高,毒副作用少,建议推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Yishen zigan Prescription in treating Parkinson’s disease(PD)on with liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type PD were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given levodopa,and observation group was added with self-made Yishen Zigan Prescription on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)score,TCM Syndrome Scale score,main syndrome score,serum Hcy,Hs-CRP,uric acid levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);UPDRS,PDQ-39 and TCM Syndrome Scale scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);serum Hcy and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);while the changes in control group were not significant(P>0.05),serum uric acid levels in both groups was higher than before treatment,and was higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yishen Zigan Prescription has good clinical efficacy,high safety,and small toxic side effects in treating PD with liver and kidney yin deficiency type.It is recommended to promote application.
