摘　　要：总结程丑夫教授辨证治疗扩张型心肌病经验,阐述程丑夫治疗扩张型心肌病的“气虚痰瘀”理论,从心气不足、气虚痰阻、气滞血瘀三点详细探讨基于“气虚痰瘀”理论的治疗原则和经验,从益气养心,畅达枢机;宽胸理气,清热化痰;行气活血,祛瘀生新三方面分析程丑夫治疗扩张型心肌病的治疗思路。后附验案一则,具体呈现“气虚痰瘀”理论在临床治疗扩张型心肌病的应用及疗效。To summarize the experience of Prof.CHENG Chou-fu in treating dilated cardiomyopathy,which is a difficult clinical disease.This article describes the theory of“qi deficiency,phlegm and stasis”in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy by Prof.CHENG Chou-fu,discusses in detail the treatment principles and experiences based on the theory of“qi deficiency,phlegm and stasis”from three points,analyzes the treatment principles and experiences based on the theory of“qi deficiency,phlegm and stasis”from three aspects of“benefiting qi and nourishing the heart and unimpeded cardiac mechanism”“,broadening the chest and regulating qi,clearing heat and resolving phlegm”,“promoting qi and activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis to bring about new life”.An experimental case is attached to show the application and efficacy of the theory of“qi deficiency,phlegm and stasis”in the clinical treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.
