摘　　要：提出建筑电能能耗由房间能耗、公共区域能耗和供配电系统能耗组成。供配电系统安装能耗计量表,建设具备大数据运算和分析、质量诊断的可视化节能平台,得出各建筑电能能耗、各房间照明空调电能能耗、实验室动力电能能耗、公共区域能耗、供配电系统能耗和电损,对标建筑物电能能耗定额约束值、基准值和引导值进行财务核算、能耗监督和控制。对超标能耗进行供配电系统改造。结果可供同类项目参考。It is put forward that building energy consumption consists of room energy consumption,public area energy consumption and power supply and distribution system energy consumption.Power supply and distribution system installation of energy consumption meter,building a big data operation and analysis,quality diagnosis of visual energy-saving platform,the energy consumption of the buildings,the rooms,the laboratories,the public areas,the power supply and distribution system and the power loss are obtained,carry on financial accounting,energy consumption supervision and control to the limit value,benchmark value and guide value of the standard building energy consumption quota.Aimed at the excessive energy consumption,the power supply and distribution system is retrofitted.The results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
