摘  要:以丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基-1-丙烷磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为骨架材料,蔗渣和凹凸棒土(ATP)作为改性剂,利用水溶液法合成蔗渣/ATP-CMC-P(AA-co-AMPS)。通过单因素试验,探讨AA中和度、AMPS含量、CMC含量、MBA含量、APS含量、蔗渣含量、ATP含量等因素对高吸水性树脂的性能影响。借助FTIR、SEM、TG和质构仪等技术手段对树脂的官能团变化、微观形貌、热稳定性和力学性能进行表征。结果表明:优化实验条件下树脂在去离子水、自来水、生理盐水中的溶胀倍率分别为:814、184、89 g/g,树脂的热力学性能和力学性能也得到良好改善。Bagasse/ATP-CMC-P(AA-co-AMPS)was synthesized by aqueous solution method using acrylic acid(AA)and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as polymerization monomers,N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC)as skeleton material,bagasse and attapulgite(ATP)as modifiers.Through single factor experiments,the effects of factors such as AA neutralization degree,AMPS content,CMC content,MBA content,APS content,bagasse content,ATP content on the performance of super absorbent polymer were explored.The functional group changes,microstructure,thermal stability,and mechanical properties of the resin were characterized using techniques such as FTIR,SEM,TG,and texture analyzer.The results showed that under optimized experimental conditions,the swelling ratios of the resin in deionized water,tap water,and physiological saline were 814,184,89 g/g,respectively,and the thermodynamic and mechanical properties of the resin have also been improved.
