摘 要:采用普通硅酸盐水泥为基体材料,玄武岩纤维为掺杂相,制备不同纤维掺量的泡沫混凝土,分析玄武岩纤维的用量对泡沫混凝土的力学性能、导热性能、干密度、吸水率及耐久性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量的玄武岩纤维可以改善泡沫混凝土的抗拉强度及抗折强度,随着纤维掺量的增加,干密度逐渐降低,导热性能则先降低后增加,吸水率呈现出先降低后增大的趋势,氯离子迁移系数先降低后增大。在养护28 d时,加入1.2%的玄武岩纤维,泡沫混凝土抗拉强度及抗折强度达到最大值,分别为4.79 MPa和1.86 MPa,同时具备较佳的导热性、吸水率及耐久性。The foam concrete with different fiber content was prepared by using ordinary Portland cement as the matrix material and basalt fiber as the doping phase.The effects of basalt fiber content on the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,dry density,water absorption and durability of foam concrete were analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength and flexural strength of foam concrete can be improved by adding appropriate basalt fiber.With the increase of fiber content,the dry density gradually decreases,the thermal conductivity first decreases and then increases,the water absorption first decreases and then increases,and the migration coefficient of chloride ions first decreases and then increases.When cured for 28 days,added with 1.2%basalt fiber,the tensile strength and flexural strength of foam concrete reach the maximum,which are 4.79 MPa and 1.86 MPa,respectively,and have better thermal conductivity,water absorption and durability.
