摘　　要：地理标志是亲农型知识产权,有效发挥其价值有利于提升农产品附加值、助力农业产业化发展,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。构筑平衡的地理标志惠益分享机制并调动各方积极性,是发挥地理标志助力乡村振兴的关键。政府、企业、农民是地理标志保护的重要参与者,也是重要的惠益分享方。厘清三者在地理标志惠益分享中面临的问题,进一步优化政府惠益协调工作方式,实现企业合理惠益,充分保障农民分享地理标志惠益的权利,有助于区域特色经济发展,助力乡村振兴。Geographical indications are pro-farming intellectual property rights,and the effective use of their value is conducive to enhancing the added value of agricultural products and assisting the development of agricultural industrialization,which is an important tool for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Building a balanced benefit-sharing mechanism for geographical indications and mobilizing the enthusiasm of all parties is the key to playing the value of geographical indications for rural revitalization.The government,enterprises and farmers are important participants in the protection of geographical indications,as well as important benefit-sharing parties.Clarifying the problems faced by the three parties in sharing the benefits of geographical indications,further optimizing the government's coordination of the benefits,realizing the reasonable benefits of enterprises,and fully guaranteeing the farmers to share the benefits of geographical indications will promote the development of regional characteristic economy and realize the value of geographical indications for rural revitailzation.
