摘 要:为探究生物有机肥对小麦产量和品质的影响,以安徽省和县为试验地点,对不同有机肥替代化肥方案下小麦的生长情况和籽粒品质进行了系统研究。结果显示,不同施肥方式对小麦的生长指标产生了显著影响,其中处理组C(有机肥与化肥比例为20%∶80%)表现出最佳的生长状况,在株高、单位面积穗数、穗粒数、千粒质量及总产量方面均显著优于其他处理组,其产量相较于对照组提高了26.15%;在小麦籽粒蛋白质含量方面,不同施肥方式也产生了显著差异,处理组B(100%化肥)表现出最高的蛋白质含量,相较于对照组提高了约3.49%;处理组C和D所使用的有机肥与化肥混合施用的方案也取得了较好的效果,但处理组E使用的100%有机肥方案的提高幅度相对较小。In order to investigate the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on wheat yield and quality,the wheat growth and grain quality under different organic fertilizer replacement schemes were systematically studied in Hexian County.The results showed that different fertilization methods had significant effects on wheat growth indexes,among which group C(the ratio of organic fertilizer to chemical fertilizer was 20%∶80%)showed the best growth status,and the plant height,panicle number per unit area,grain number per spike,thousand grain mass and total yield were significantly better than other treatment groups,and the yield was increased by 26.15%compared with the control group.The protein content of wheat grains was significantly different among different fertilization methods.Treatment group B(100%fertilizer)showed the highest protein content,which was increased by about 3.49%compared with control group.The scheme of mixed application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer used in treatment groups C and D also achieved good results,but the improvement of 100%organic fertilizer scheme used in treatment group E was relatively small.
